Do you need chocolate in your life….you neeeeed to get yourself down to the Wickedly Welsh Chocolate Company! We popped by to check out what they have been up to the other week, and the news is gooood! Having opened its doors back in April, we felt it was time to investigate what this chocolate adventure was all about! They have a viewing room where you can see the chocolate all being made…it’s enough to make you dribble…liquid chocolate heaven! They also run tours where they give you the low down on the chocolate how/what/why annnnd you can even have a go at making some tasty treats yourself!
So once you have been through all of this fun you can then go and take a seat in the café and fill your boots with MORE chocolate! We took the chance to check out their real hot choc, this is the real deal, no powder….pure melted choc popped in the bottom with warm milk added, stir it up and BOOM you have yourself a taste sensation 🙂 What made it even better was Libby could actually have one as they had dark chocolate and soya milk available…this was a first….and it won’t be the last!
If you still feel you need MORE chocolate then they have many choices available to take home with you…rows of tempting truffles, filled flavoursome chocolates…watch out, you might end up buying them all!
We eventually managed to walk away from this chocolate heaven…but decided we may have to have weekly “meetings” there, for work discussions of course…nothing to do with the chocolate 😉
